Quality Control & Inspection

Consistent material properties are essential for your manufacturing. Deviations in the melt index or impurities can render entire production batches unusable. That is why our work does not end with purchasing. We implement strict testing mechanisms to ensure that the ordered goods correspond exactly to your specifications even before they are loaded.

Our multi-stage monitoring concept drastically minimizes your import risk. We do not blindly rely on the manufacturers’ mill test certificates. Instead, we rely on our own on-site inspections and independent laboratory analyses. This way, we guarantee that you receive exactly the quality you need for your machines, whether it is virgin material (Prime), off-grades, or regranulates.

Paper can say anything, but measurement results are honest. We conduct random checks on the physical and chemical properties of the granules. This includes parameters such as the Melt Flow Index (MFI/MVR), density, ash content, and impact strength (Izod/Charpy). If necessary, we have a DSC analysis (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) performed to confirm material purity.

Our inspectors examine the goods thoroughly visually. We look for homogeneity of the granule pellets, color deviations, and above all, foreign matter (contamination). A representative sample taken from various bags of a batch reveals whether the goods are clean and dry before they leave the factory.

Even the best goods are useless if transported incorrectly. We monitor the container loading process. We check the cleanliness of the containers, the integrity of the packaging (bags/octabins/Big Bags), and correct stowage. Finally, the container is sealed in our presence to rule out manipulation during transport.

SECURITY FOR YOUR PRODUCTION

Avoid expensive machine downtime caused by inferior material. Our strict quality assurance acts as your shield. By identifying potential defects in the country of origin, we prevent faulty granules from entering your silos in the first place. This not only protects your extruders and injection molding tools from damage caused by contaminated material but also ensures the consistent quality of your final products. With us, you know exactly what you are buying.

Do you require certified security for your auditing? We provide you not only with the material but also with seamless documentation. Whether inspection certificates according to EN 10204, REACH and RoHS compliance declarations, or specific ISO certificates. We provide all necessary evidence. We are also happy to organize independent expert opinions from accredited testing institutes (e.g., SGS, TÜV) for you.
