Not every production facility processes the same input material. Whether injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding – the physical consistency of the raw material decisively determines flowability in the hopper and melting behavior in the screw. We supply plastics in the exact delivery state that perfectly fits your machine technology and your end product.

Our portfolio extends far beyond classic virgin material. As specialists in raw material trading, we offer a wide range of processing forms. This allows for maximum flexibility: depending on the project, you can choose between the highest purity for visible parts or economical solutions for technical applications.

This is the standard for stable processes. Our granules (cylindrical or lenticular) are characterized by a homogeneous grain size and constant bulk density. They are ideal for automatic dosing systems and conveying equipment. We carry both “virgin material” (prime quality) and high-quality regranulates, which achieve near-virgin levels through filtration and degassing.

For price-sensitive applications, clean regrind is the most economical choice. These are shredded plastic parts or sprues with irregular geometry. Since we strictly separate by type (e.g., only production waste, no post-consumer dirt), you receive a cost-efficient material that is excellent for thick-walled parts or as an admixture without drastically reducing mechanical values.

Do you require customized properties? We supply ready-compounded materials that are already enriched with fillers (such as talc, glass fiber, or chalk) or additives (UV stabilizers, flame retardants). Save yourself the complex mixing process: Our compounds are “ready-to-use” and guarantee perfect distribution of additives in the final product.

Increase your process efficiency with the right material form. Dust-free granules ensure clean production halls and constant cycle times, while free-flowing regrind can massively reduce your material costs. We advise you objectively on which form is technically necessary and commercially sensible for your component. This helps you avoid over-qualification (too expensive) or process problems (due to incorrect flowability).
