Loading & Container Supervision

The most critical moment in the supply chain is often the transfer of goods from the warehouse into the container. This is where the most common errors occur, leading to expensive complaints later. We do not leave this step to chance or external packers. Our team or appointed inspectors are physically on-site to accompany the entire loading process.

Our goal is to preemptively rule out transport damage and shortages. We ensure that your valuable polymers are professionally stowed and secured so that they arrive intact even after weeks of sea freight. This seamless control serves not only as quality assurance but also as legal protection in the event of potential insurance claims.

Before even a single bag is loaded, we meticulously inspect the empty loading unit (box). Is the container dry, odorless, and free of residues from previous cargoes? Are there holes in the walls or leaking door seals? Since plastic granules are extremely sensitive to moisture, we reject unsuitable containers immediately.

We strictly ensure that Big Bags or 25kg sacks are stacked in such a way that they cannot shift or tear during the voyage. We pay special attention to even weight distribution and the correct use of dunnage bags or desiccants to prevent condensation (“container rain”).

Upon completion of loading, the container is closed in our presence and sealed with a high-security bolt seal. The seal number is documented immediately. This step guarantees that the goods can no longer be opened or manipulated unnoticed on their way to the port or the recipient.

MINIMIZED TRANSPORT RISK

Avoid nasty surprises when opening the container doors. Nothing is more annoying than torn bags, soiled material, or goods that have become wet and can no longer be processed. Through our loading supervision, you significantly reduce the risk of “total losses.” Should damage occur due to force majeure, our protocols provide you with the perfect evidence for shipping lines and insurance companies. We protect your investment until it sits safely in your yard.

Real-time transparency: You receive a detailed digital photo report directly after loading. This contains images of the empty container, the individual loading phases (first row, half full, full), as well as the closed door with the visible seal number. So you know exactly what is on its way to you.
